What are my strength and weakness? Only those who truly understand themselves are able to make the best decision for themselves. We ought to pay considerably more attention to our own desires and needs rather than orienting ourselves in accordance with external expectations .But how can I genuinely learn more about myself? First we must discover who we really are.

 

WHAT IS SELF-DISCOVERY?

Self-discovery is a way for one to discover who they are in the inside and be able to express their characteristics to others. Self discovery is not a recent development , but it is becoming more and more significant in the process of self-discovery optimisation, which is also gaining importance. The phrase is originally from development psychology. Self-discovery starts from puberty were teenagers gradually emancipate and distance themselves from their parents.

 

WHY IS SELF-DISCOVERY NECESSARY?

The relationship you develop with yourself is the only one that is assured to last a lifetime. You need to learn about yourself and understand yourself, just like in any relationship. Self-discovery is a continual process, not something you finish in a single sitting. Nevertheless, you want to commit to it wholeheartedly. Here is why.
