She recently published her third book titled: Like an Eagle – The Ultimate Blueprint for Meaningful Achievement. She is the founder and director of Shedding Light – an inimitable human and organisation development company that offers customer-centric transformational services. Dineo’s career started as a Business Analyst in the ICT sector – and has over 8 years’ experience in this field – until she established her own company in 2015. In January 2021 she founded the Shedding Light Mentorship Programme for Women in Business. Later, the same year she founded Shedding Light Publishers – a self-publishing company for African leaders with transformational stories that help solve complex people & world problems such as poverty.
