Is affectionately referred to as Boss J is a Business Leader and a Marketing Consultant. Boss J’s career has seen him working in leadership positions at Airtel Ghana, Philips West Africa, Vodafone, Tigo, and Afiba Consulting among others.

Mr. Agyepong is currently the Director in charge of Corporate Affairs, Business Development & Marketing at the Ghana Free Zones Authority. He also works as the lead consultant for Otumfuo’s Commemorative Gold Coin project. Boss J has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana Legon. Mr. Jesse Agyepong is an alumnus of Accra Academy. He is passionate about team building, Youth development, Brand Management, entrepreneurship, and the creative arts industry.

Boss J is a passionate Public Speaker who has engaged 1000s of youth across the country and supported many young startups under his flagship startup program dubbed Get Started.

He lives by the Marcus Tullius Cicero’s quote “Dum Spiro Spero” which translates as “While I breathe, I hope”
